The Alba Villa Apartment Hotel can be found on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in Balatonfüred. It is located in a small street near the Tagore promenade, only 200 metres from the Lake Balaton. The quiet enviroment are very relaxing all year long.

ATTETION: The Alba Villa is a non-smoking hotel! Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and on the balcony. Pets (dogs cats, etc.) are not allowed in the hotel.

Accomodation: 16 apartments with 3 rooms await the guests in the hotel. The size is 60-80 m2, there is a livingroom and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hairdryer, kitchenette, cutlery and tableware up to 6 people, safe, television and balcony. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other a twin bedand there is a possibility to add 2 extra beds into the living room.

Food & Beverage: Deák Pince Restaurant is located in the park of Alba Villa and offers a special spectacular kitchen where delicious dishes are made and famous local wines are served. From spring till autumn the meals can be served on the terrace as well. In case of request halfboard and fullboard are also available.

Recreation: In the hotel a 20 metres swimmingpool, children’s pool, steamcabin, jacuzzi, fitnessroom and sauna await for the guests, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Tennis and horseriding is available during the whole year in the neighborhood.

Conference possibilities: There are 4 rooms in the old „Alba Villa” building ensuring opportunities for trainings. 1 room for 15 people, 1 room for 10 people, 1 room for 40-45 people and 1 room as a lounge (coffee-room).

Other services: Winecellar, grill, relaxing- and pleasure garden, sun-bathing terrace. Billiard and darts are available in the hotel as well.

Attention! During the high season, 11. June – 31. Aug. 2010, the minimum stay for the weekends is 4 nights.

The given prices include the accomodation with buffet breakfast, full bedding, towels, cleaning, bathrobe and use of the wellness area. The local tourist tax is 400,- HUF/person/night and has to be paid by guets from the age of 18. There is 2.500,- HUF/apartment/night extra charge for the two-bathroom-apartments.

Children discount:

- For 1 child under 12 years in the parents' apartment the accommodation with breakfast is free of charge. Babycot upon request.
- In case of 2 children if the second child is under 4 the accomodation with breakfast is free, if she/he is between 4-12, 50% discount from the adult’s price (extra bed).
- Under 12 years the half board costs 1.500,- HUF/child/day, the full board costs 3.000,- HUF/child/day.
- Children over the age of 12 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 3 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of later cancellation or no show 1 night costs per room has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (15. March, Easter, 1. May, Whitsun, 20. Aug, 23. Okt, All saint's day, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
