The 3-star Almásy Castle Hotel which is situated between Szolnok and Mezőtúr in Kétpó, was built in 1880 by the count Almásy family. Guests may enjoy the 2 hectar garden and the elegant hotel with its services as at the turn of the century. The rooms and apartments are elegantly furnished. The romantic room in the tower send us back to the past and the towerbath and the sauna help us to relax. The Ballroom is perfect to have a nice chat and the evening concerts give a relaxing experience.
Accomodation: The hotel has 19 rooms and apartments. Each has television, telephone and minibar. The rooms ont he top floor are air-conditioned. The apartments are suitable also for families:
- Standard apartment: a hall, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is ideal for families with children.
- Tower apartment: One of the bedroom is up in the tower, so this apartment is also very popular for couples.
- „Flat” apartment: In the ca. 60 m2 large air-conditioned apartment a livingroom, 2 bedrooms, a bahtroom and a small kitchenette can be found.
Food & Beverage: We would like to offer to our guests a gastronomy experience as well during their stay. We offer various dishes according to the seasons and the wines are selected by our sommelier. In summer dinner c an be served on the terrace as well. Children up to 10 can choose from the children menu free of charge. For a special romantic candlelight dinner we offer our tower room away from the other guests. Guitar music is played during the dinner. In summertime we invite parties and families for barbecue parties in the evening. We can promise unforgetable evenings by the pool during sunset with delicious meals and good wines.
Recreation: An open-air pool (6x15 m), whirlpool in the tower, sauna, massage, tennis court. Other wellness opportunities are available in Túrkeve thermal bath: pools outside and inside, whirlpool and baby-pool.
Conference facilities: The rooms are with balcony, natural light and modern technical equipments.
- Almásy-room: The most beautiful room with a wonderful view to the 2-hectar garden from the balcony. It is offered for bigger conferences up to 100 persons.
- Hunting-room: A small meeting room or section room with natural light up to 15-20 persons.
- Tower-room: A small, exclusive room with balcony for max 8 persons. It can be opened together with the Almásy-room.
- Castle-garden: Open-air conference or training or garden-party possibility.
Other services: Programs for children with animator, billiard, horse riding, horse carriageride with a beautiful 2-in-hand.
Special baby friendly offers: We have all the equipments which the youngest guests might need: highchair, baby-cot, baby bath, baby buggy, playpen. In the garden playground, slide, sand pit and animator awaits the children.
