Anett’s Villa is situated in one of Hévíz’s most flowery and wonderful streets, in a peaceful, natural environment. The lake and the town centre can be reached easily with a short walk or if you take the small funny train, Dotto, this will take only a few minutes. It stops at several places so it is also a good choice to have a little citytour with it. There are some restaurants, shops and a playground in the neighborhood of the apartment house.

ATTENTION: Non-smoking apartments! Our guests can smoke only on the balconys of the apartments!
Accomodation: Anett’s Villa, open all year long, awaits its guests with 40-55 m2 large, nicely furnished apartments for holiday and relaxation. The house and the apartments are designed to fulfill every kind of requests. Large and light indoor rooms, modern furnitures. We recommend our aparments for guests who would like to spend their holidays in a calm, peaceful surroundings of high standard, in a familiar atmosphere.

Equipments of the apartments: A bedroom with french bed for 2 persons, large and bright livingroom with an additional fold out sofa (1,4x2 m) for 1 person, armchair, bathroom with shower, towels, linens, television, safe, kitchenette (with dishes, cutlery, glasses, toaster, coffeemaker, owen, fridge) and Wifi internet connection. Each room has its own balcony.

A small tower-rooms belongs to the Deluxe apartment so it is suitable for a family with 4 persons. As extra equipments, hairdryer and microwave can be found in the apartment.

Other services: Wellness corner: bubble bath (jacuzzi), infra sauna, tropical shower. On request and for extra charge body- and footmassage. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are in the garden. Bicycle for rent. Discounted tickets to the lake-spa can be bought in Anett’s Villa.

There is an a'la carte restaurant next to the Apartments, where you can have half and full board.

Parking: Free of charge in the closed courtyard.

Payment: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards so payment is only available in cash upon arrival.

The given price includes the use of linen, Wifi internet connection and the parking. Breakfast is not included. The local tourist tax is 420,- HUF/person/night and has to be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under the age of 3 in the parents' apartment the accomodation is free of charge.
- Children over the age of 3 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 21 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. 20-7 days before the 60%, within 7 days the 90%, in case of no show the 100% (total amount) of the reservation has to be paid. It is valid in case of later arrival and earlier departure too.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 2 or more apartments, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (15. March, Easter, 1. May, Whitsun, 20. Aug, 23. Okt, All saint's day, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
