Belneus Thermalhotel named after the Celtic Sun God of the fountains can be found only 3 minutes far from the Spa in the quietest part of Zalakaros. The hotel is surrounded by a 5500 m2 park.

Accomodation: The hotel has 40 single and double rooms with balcony. Bathroom, toilet, hair dryer, TV, telephone, minibar, safe (for extra charge), free WiFi internet and balcony belongs to the equipment of the rooms. There is WiFi internet connection in the rooms so the guests can surf in the internet with own notebook.

Hospitality: In the air-conditioned restaurant of the hotel (max. 120 persons) we serve the flavours of the local and the international kitchen. Also vegetarian and diabetic foods can be found in our offer. In every hours of the day you can have refreshments in the cafe and lobby bar.

Wellness, recreation: Wellness services in the room price: swimming-pool with thermal water (33°C), finn sauna for 12 persons with aromatherapy, steam cave for 8 persons also with aromatherapy, tennis and sunterrace (from spring to autumn). For extra charge guests can enjoy body massage, reflex massages, manicure, chiropody, bike and bathrobe renting.

Conference facilities: Our conference room has the possibility to hold conferences, postgraduate courses, smalles conferences for max. 60 people. The room is equipped with modern technical appliances.

Other services: Internet corner in the cafe, carom, baby cot, game room, indoor child corner, outdoor playground.

Parking: The guests coming by car can use the parking place of the hotel.

The given price includes the buffet breakfast as well as the usage of the thermal swimming-pool, sauna, WiFi internet, tennis-court (15. March–30. Okt.) and game room. The local tourist tax is 400,- HUF/person/night and has to be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under 6 years in the parents' room the accomodation and the meals are free of charge. Babycot upon request.
- 6-12 years in the parents' room we give 50% discount, in separate room we give 25% discount from the price of the accomodation.
- Children over the age of 12 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- Individual booking: Penalty free cancellation is min. 14 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of a cancellation 7-14 days prior to arrival 20%, 2-7 days 50%, within 2 days 80%, and in case of no show 90% cost of the ordered services has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (15. March, Easter, 1. May, Whitsun, 20. Aug, 23. Okt, All saint's day, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
