The 4- star Hotel Betekints is situated in one of the most beautiful part of Veszprém, in a quiet green belt are, on the shore of the Séd brook. The Viaduct which spans above the Betekints valley, the siluette of the 1000 years old castle, the ancient towers of churches make unforgetable the days spent here. In the valley which has excellent air you can walk, cycle, riding horse or visit the Zoo, which is only 200 meters from the hotel. The old town of Veszprém, the museums and the castle can be reached with less than 10 minutes walk.

Accomodation: In the hotel 38 mostly air-conditioned double rooms and apartments wait for the guests. They are equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, TV,telephone, minibar. On demand we can provide bathrobe. In the rooms there is also a possibility to use internet for extra charges.

The high-quality apartments of our guesthouse converted from the one-time water-mill (only 50 metres from our main building) offer other additional services apart from the basic equipment. All the 6 apartments are air-conditioned and in 5 of them an own kitchenette (with kitchenware and tableware) and a dining room can also be found. Some of the apartments also have an intimate fireplace, where you can spend romantic winter evenings with your partner and with a glass of champagne. The courtyard fire place of the hotel provide excellent scene for barbeque evenings or chats.

Dining: The air-conditioned, tipical Hungarian restaurant of the hotel waits for its guests with wide selection of dishes and drinks with near 50 type of wine in an intimate environment. From spring to autumn in case of good weather you can consume the chosen foods and recover your strenght after an excursions in the vicinty in the company of a drink on our garden terrace.

Relaxing,recreation: The fitness room equipped with modern machines, sauna and solarium wait for those who would like to keep in form themselves during the travel. The treatments of our massage therapist complete the recreation. In the summer months an open-air swimming pool on the courtyard and sunterrace provide the refreshment. Our biliard table set up also in the air-conditioned winter garden wait for our guests who like playing.

ATTENTION! We need to inform you that unfortunately the wellness section of the hotel (fitness room, sauna, swimming pool) will be under reconstruction and closed until September 2011.

Event possibilities: The services and the environs of the hotel provide an ideal scene for company conferences, presentations, trainings and other family and friends reunions beside the relaxation and the rest. The air-conditioned conference room of 250 sqm which can be divided in three parts by mobile and soundproof walls makes possibile to be held also receptions with 200 persons over the exclusive business meeting with couple persons.

Parking: The guests of our hotel can park in the closed, camera guarded parking place.

The given prices in the table include the buffet breakfeast, the unlimited use of fitness room, sauna and the closed and guarded parking place of Hotel Betekints. The local tourist tax is 380,- HUF/person/night and has to be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under 6 years in the parents' room the accomodation, the half-, and the fullboard are free of charge.
- 6-14 years on extra bed we give 50% discount.
- Children over the age of 14 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 2 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of later cancellation or no show 1 night costs per room has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (15. March, Easter, 1. May, Whitsun, 20. Aug, 23. Okt, All saint's day, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
