The apartments to let of the Central King Apartments can be found in the center of Budapest, in the vicinity of the popular pedestrian zones. Due to their central location the sights of the city (Dohány street Synagogue, Opera House, St. Stephen ’s Basilica, Andrássy, Danube) can be reached within minutes by walk. The nearest underground stops the Opera (M1) and the Deák Square (M1, M2, M3). In the vicinity of the apartments more restaurants representing the cuisine of different nations, coffé bar, sandwich bar and supermarket wait for the guests. In the vicinity numerous design shop, gallery, clothes and souvenir shops can be found, not to mention the places of entertainment, theatres and the Opera House.
Accomodation: Modern, furnished in style, well-equipped studios and apartments with two or three rooms wait for both the tourists arriving for a shorter trip, the business men and the guests who stay here for a longer time or months. The apartments can be found in one building, so they are ideal to accommodate families or friend groups. Every flat are equipped with own bathroom, toilet, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, iron, individualy regulated central heating and well-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee and tea maker, cooker, toaster, kitchenware, plates, wine and water glasses, cutleries). On previous request free baby cot, tub for babies, highchair, internet connection (cabel or WiFi), and for extra charge air-conditioned apartments are also available. Animals – small dog, cat - on previos request and for extra charge are accepted. Our guests arriving by car can use the underground garage of the house for extra charge.
- King studios - VI. Király utca: In the spacious room of the bright studio apartments (34-40 sqm) one double bed, one fold out sofa bed can be found, so they can provide a comfortable accomodation up to 3 persons. There is an american kitchen with a small dining corner. In the bathrooms bathtub with shower, toilet and washing machine can be found. The studios have balconies overlooking the silent inner garden of the building.
- King 2-room apartments - VI. Király utca: There is one double bed in the bedroom of the 48-55 sqm apartments - furnished in the same style -, and one or two fold out sofa bed in the living room. The apartments can accomodate 4-6 persons. The flat has a well-equipped american kitchen and also a dining corner in the living room. In the bathroom with bathtub there is washing machine.
- King 3-room apartments - VI. Király utca: In the two bedrooms of the 76-80 sqm apartments you can find 1-1 double bed, while there is one fold out sofa bed for two persons in the living room. With 2-2 extra beds these three-room apartments can provide accomodation even for 8-8 persons. The american kitchen is well-equipped. To the living room with dining corner also belongs a terrace. In the bathroom with tub also washing-machine can be found. The toilets open separetly from the hall of the flats.
- King Superior 3-room apartments (2 flats) - VI. Király utca: In the two bedrooms of the 76-80 sqm apartments you can find 1-1 double bed, while there is one fold out sofa bed for two persons in the living room. 1-1 bathroom (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) and toilet belongs to both bedrooms. The american kitchens are well–equipped. The living room has a dining corner and a terrace. In the bathroom with tub there is a washing–machine too.
Other services: Our office can be found in the same building where the apartments are, so in case of early arriving or late departure you can leave your luggage also here. The use of the bedclothes, the towels, the liquid soap, the toilet paper and the dishwasher liquid are provided in the apartments, and all of these are included in the price. The use of the air- conditioning is 10 Euro/day (from the middle of June until the middle of September) . The use of the internet with wire or WiFi in the apartments is free.
During your travel you don’t have to leave your pet (small dog, cat, etc.) at home. They are welcome in the flats. There is no extra pet supplement but we ask 400 € deposit (for example the price of a new couch) which is refundable at the departure if there is no any property damage in the flat. Please indicate if you arrive with pet.
Payment: Unfortunately we can’t accept credit card. The payment is made upon arrival, and only with cash.
Parking: Our guests who arrive by car can use the underground parking place, under the house for extra charge (14 Euro, car/day).
