Ében Apartment is situated in the downtown of Budapest, on Teréz körút (boulevard), between Nyugati tér (square) and Oktogon. Every part of the city is accessible easily and quickly by the nearby public transport (M1 and M3 metro, Ground Boulevard trams nr. 4 and 6, several bus and trolley bus lines). The popular theatres such as Opera House, Comedy Theatre (Vígszinház), Madách Theatre, Budapest Operett Theatre, Thália Theatre and Radnóti Theatre are also accessible on foot. In the nearby streets numerous restaurant with excellent cuisine (Cactus Juice, Buena Vista, Dzsungel restaurant, Wasabi, Braseiro, Sir Lancelot Knight restaurant), cozy cafes (Starbucks, California Coffee Company, Coffee Heaven, Costa Coffee, Cafe Miro Grande), and candy’ shops offering delicious cakes (Sugar Shop, Süti Patika) await the guests. If you want to go to shopping, we recommend the WestEnd City Center, situated 3-4 minutes away.

Accommodation: The apartment is situated on the first floor of a renovated house which was built in the early years of 1900. Lift also works in the house. The 76 sqm two-room apartment consists of a hall, arranged with shelves, a bedroom with a loft, a spacious living room with tea corner and a loft, kitchen with dining corner, a bathroom with corner bathtub, a toilet and a pantry.

In the living room a leather sofa provide comfortable rest. We formed a working corner by the little desk where you can use also the internet (ADSL, WiFi), printer, LCD TV, and on request and for extra charge also wired telephone is possible. The tea corner under the loft is furnished with bamboo chairs and table. It’s an ideal venue for a discussion accompanied by a cup of tea or a glass of wine. On the loft of the living room 2 people can be accommodated. In the bedroom there is a double bed for 2 persons, and its loft can also host further 2 people.

You can find a shoe wardrobe and a shelf system in the hall. The bathroom is equipped with corner bathtub, sink, large mirror hairdryer and washing-machine. In the well-equipped kitchen you can find gas cooker and owen, microwave, water boiler, coffee maker, dish washer, glasses, plates, cutleries and dishes. The firdge is in the pantry where you can find iron too. The pavement of the living room and the bedroom is covered by parquet. The apartment has individually controlled heating system (gas).

Other informations: The apartment is self-catering. The given price include the expenses (electricity, gas, water, common cost) and all taxes. On previous request and for extra charge telephone and casual cleaning are available. The towels and the detergents are not in the equipment of the flat but on request we can provide them.

During your travel you don’t have to leave your pet (small dog, cat, etc.) at home. They are welcome in the apartment without pet supplement, but we ask a caution for the period of stay!. Please indicate when you arrive with your pet.

Payment: Payment: At the first time it has to be made at the signing of the contract in cash or by bank transfer.
The further payments have to be made until the 5th day of every month or according to the agreement.
Unfortunately, we can not accept credit cards.

Parking: The house doesn't have own parking place. Our guests can use the nearby parking houses (for example the underground garage of the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel in front of the apartment, or the "Opera Parkoló" parking house in the Zichy street (ca. 400-500 m).
