Elite Apartments - Budapest

The flats for rent of Elite Apartments can be found in the center of Budapest, in the vicinity of the popular pedestrian precincts and the Danube. Their unique attraction is that except Garden flat they are situated in the same building, so it is possible to accomodate multi-generation families and group of friends next to each other. Elevator operates in the building of the apartments.

ATTENTION: Non-smoking apartments! Our guest can smoke only on the balcony of the apartment!

Accomodation: We offer comfortable accomodation for 1-6 persons in our air-conditioned (all but two, Síp 2. and Garden) studio and two-room aparments. Electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric water heater, kitchenware, plates, glasses and cutleries are available in the well-equipped kitchen of the flats. There is washing-machine and hairdryer in the bathroom where you can find bathtub all but two (Studio H and Garden Apartment have shower cabin). There is TV in all apartmants and except Garden flat they are equipped with WiFi internet connection. The central heating is regolable separately in every room. The bed-clothes, towels, liquid soap, toilet paper are provided in the aparments and are included in the price. For the little babies cot, play carpet, high chair and some simple toyes can be required. On request we can provide multilingual babysitter.

- Studio A, B, H, J with balcony facing the inner garden - VII. district Wesselényi u.: In the A (36 sqm + 4 sqm balcony), B (36 sqm + 14 sqm balcony), H and J (35 sqm + 4 sqm balcony) studio there are 1-1 double bed and 1-1 fold out sofa bed for two persons, so they offer accomodation for 3-4 persons.

- Studio C, D, E, I, K - VII. district Wesselényi u.: In these 5 studios (31-35 sqm) there are 1-1 double bed and 1-1 fold out sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. So they can accommodate 3-4 persons.

- Studio F - VII. district Wesselényi u.: In this 43 sqm studio 1 double bed and 1 fold out sofa bed for two persons can be found, so maximum 4 persons can be accomadated.

- Studio G - VII. district Wesselényi u.: A 29 sqm studio with a large balcony. There is only a double bed, so maximum 2 persons can be accomadated in it.

- Wesselényi Apartment 1, 2, 3, 4 - VII. district Wesselényi u.: 4 two-room apartment of 50-55 sqm with rich colours. There is 1-1 double bed in the bedrooms and different type of beds in the living room as follows:
- 2 sigle beds (Apt. 3, 4)
- 2 fold out sofa bed for 2-2 persons (Apt. 1)
- 2 sigle beds + 1 fold out sofa bed for 2 persons(Apt. 2).
The apartments can offer comfortable accomodation up to 4-6 persons. They advantage is that the bathrooms and the toilets open from the hall separately.

- Wesselényi Apartment 5 with balcony - VII. district Wesselényi u.: It is a nicely arranged apartment of 50 sqm with a 12 sqm balcony. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa bed for two persons in the living room. It can accomodate up to 4 persons. The advantage of the apartment is that the bathroom and the toilet open from the hall separately.

- Síp Apartment 1, 2, 3, 4 - VII. district Síp utca: They are 4 nicely furnished apartments of 50-60 sqm with two rooms. They have a double bed in the bedroom and and different type of beds in in the living room as follows:
- 1 fold out sofa bed for 2 persons (Apt. 3)
- 1 fold out sofa bed for 2 persons + 1 extra bed (Apt. 2)
- 2 fold out sofa bed for 2-2 persons (Apt. 1).
These apartments can accomodate 4-6 persons. The apartments are in the same building with the Wesselényi Apartments, only they can be approached from the entrace of Síp utca which is on the other side of the building.

- Garden Apartment - VII. district Holló u.: It is an intimate two-room apartment of 48 sqm. It has a double bed in the bedroom and one fold out sofa bed for two persons in the living room, up to 4 persons in total. The bathroom of this apartment differently from the others, because there is shower cabin. To the apartment belongs also a small terrace and a little grassy garden. The apartment can be found only a 1 minutes walk from the other apartments.

- Rooms – VII. ker. Wesselényi utca: 8 spacious double rooms (18-22 sqm) with own bathrooms with shower (6) or with bathtub (2). There are 4-4 rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. Both blocks have 1-1 well-equipped common used kitchen (electric oven, fridge, micro-wave oven, toaster, dishes, cutleries, glasses, plates, dishwasher) and a dining area. The double doors ensure the silence of the rooms. From the dining room the guests can step into their small anteroom and from there into their bedroom and their bathroom with shower or bathtub. Both 4-room units actually serve as 1-1 big apartment which consist of 4 rooms+4 bathrooms+kitchen+dining area so they can be the ideal accommodations for smaller groups and fellowships besides the individual travelers. The rooms aren’t air-conditioned in contrast to the other apartments but they also have free WiFi internet access.

Other services: Our office can be found in the main building and our manager, who lives there, is available 24 a day. On request safe, fax, telephone, scenner, printer and mobile phone rental possibility at our guests’ disposal. In case of early arrival or late departure you can leave your lugagge in our lugagge room.

During your travel you don’t have to leave your pet (small dog, cat, etc.) at home. They are welcome in Elite Apartments at a charge of pet supplement. Please indicate when you arrive with your pet.

Payment: Unfortunately we can’t accept credit cards. The payment is possible only in cash upon arrival.

Parking: On previous request we can reserve parking places for your cars in the underground garage of the main building for extra charge.
