The Hotel Gold Buda is situated on the Buda side of the capital city, in the side of the Gellért Hill, in the vicinity of the Budapest Congress & World Trade Center. The tired traveller can rest in the shadow of old walnut trees. In the vicinity lots of thermal baths offer recreation and recovery possibility for the visitors. The center of the city is accessible within 5-6 minutes by pubblic transport.

Accomodation: The 22 standard rooms (18 double + 4 three- bed) of the hotel are equipped with parquet floor, air- conditioning, cherry wood furniture, TV, free WiFi internet, telephone, minibar, bathroom with tube or shower, hairdryer. In the 3 tower rooms there are a large, extra size bed, in the tower there are coffe table, two chairs and a lamp.

Our apartments of 50 sqm (5) with balcony, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom offer ideal accomodation also for 4 persons and they can be found in a house, which is only a few meters from the main building. The apartments are equipped with TV, telephone, WiFi internet, hairdryer. On previous request you can choose that the apartments have 1 double bed + 2 separate beds or 2-2 separate beds. The apartment aren’t air-conditioned. On demand and for extra charge the guests of these apartments can have buffet breakfast in the main building of the hotel.

Hospitality: The elegant Karát restaurant offers buffet breakfast and intimate lunch and dinner for the guests. You can choose between lot of Hungarian and international dishes and consume excellent wines with them.

Event possibilities: Our 2 smaller separate rooms are intercommunicated, so they make possible the organization of events of 30 persons, while the restaurant can serve 50 people. Basic conference equipment: TV, video, flipchart, projector, telephone, copying, fax, WiFi internet.

Other services: ATM bank machine next to the reception, internet corner.

Parking: Our guests arriving by car can use the closed and guarded parking place of the hotel.

The given room price includes the buffet breakfast. The local tourist tax is plus 4% of the room prices and should be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under 6 years in the parents' room (with 2 adults) the accomodation on child bed and the breakfast are free of charge.
- 6-12 years the extra bed costs 8 €/person/night.
- Children over the age of 12 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 2 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of later cancellation or no show 1 night costs per room has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (Easter, Whitsun, Formula 1 GP, New Year’s, etc.).
