Hotel Kristály and Esterházy Restaurant - Tata

Hotel Kristály is located in the center of Tata, in the vicinity of the Angol Park, Öreg tó (Old Lake) and the castle. The building was built in the second half of the 1760's as a guestshouse. Later it was rebuilt more times, but as it keeps its function today, it is the oldest operating hotel of Hungary.

Accommodation: 10 superior rooms and 1 luxury suite are available in the Eszterházy wing, which is the main building of the hotel. The renovated József wing offers further 9 rooms, and the Erzsébet wing has 15 standard rooms and 2 apartments. One of the rooms was built according to the demands of disabled people in the József wing. The standard rooms (21 smq) are equipped with bathroom with bathtube or shower, hairdryer, air-conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, minibar and free internet access. The two standard apartments (51 smq) have also a small balcony. The facilities of the superior and standard rooms are the same, but the superior rooms are more exclusive and they have other unique extras per room for example bubble bath, sofa, larger aerea, LCD TV and intimate lighting.

Dining: You can taste also Mediterranean specialities beside the known flavours of the Hungarian and international cuisine in the modern Eszterházy restaurant with baroque motives for 80 persons. We can accept also smaller groups beside the a’la carte meals.

Wellness: In the Crystal Spa relax wellness section of the hotel you can find swimming pool, jacuzzi, tepidárium, massage facilities.

Event facilities: The two section rooms, the Jókai for 20 persons and the Kazincy for 35 persons have also natural light and are suitable to organise smaller meetings, presentations.

The Pálma event house is situated in the vicinity of the Hotel Kristály, in the picturescue Angol park where a large hall (200 persons) with the area of 24 smq and the height of 6-9 meters, 2 section rooms of 40 smq which can be interconnected on request and a conference room of 73 smq await the participants of trainings, meetings and reunions. All of the halls are equipped with the most modern technical devices. The event house is air conditioned and accessible by disabled people and it has also lifts. Its garden is suitable to organise diverse outdoor programs.

Parking: Our guests arriving by car can use the underground parking place of the hotel with 25 places for free.
