The three-star Hotel Senator House and Pátria Pension is situated in the downtown of Eger, at the foot of the famous castle, on the Dobó Square. The city thermal spa is only 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel.

Accommodation: The two-floor hotel built in baroque style welcomes its guests with 11 rooms and family atmosphere. Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with telephone, TV, radio and minibar. Some of our rooms with all conveniences look onto the opposite Dobó Square.

Gastronomy: Our café located on the ground floor is a perfect place for relaxation. It awaits the guests with Hungarian and international dishes and a wide selection of coffees and cakes. From spring to summer in the evenings concerts, musical and open air theatre performances entertain the public on the square in front of the the terrace of the hotel.

Other services: Use of internet, infrared sauna, bicycle rental, on previous request massage in the room.

Parking: We provide free closed parking place for the guests arriving by car.

To raise the accommodation facilities the management of the Senator House opened the Pátria Pension only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, in the vicinity of the Eger Castle. The guests can find double rooms and apartments (living room + bedroom) in the pension. They are equipped with air-conditioning, unique Italian furniture, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, TV, telephone, internet connection with modem and minibar.

The whole area of the pension is non-smoking. Our guests can find an internet corner in the hall. A courtyard with a Mediterranean atmosphere with a covered patio and a wine cellar belong to the building. Animals (small size dog, cat) are also accepted for extra charge as in Hotel Senator Ház. You can park your car in the underground garage of the pension.

The given price includes the buffet breakfast, the use of the sauna and the closed parking. The local tourist tax is 400,- HUF/person/night and has to be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under 7 years in the parents' room the accomodation on extra bed and the breakfast are free of charge.
- 7-12 years we give 50% discount.
- Children over the age of 12 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 2 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of later cancellation or no show 1 night costs per room has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (15. March, Easter, 1. May, Whitsun, 20. Aug, 23. Oct, All saint's day, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
