InnerCity Apartments are situated in the center of Budapest, in the vicinity of the pedestrian zones, in a quiet street. These apartments are suitable for both business travellers and the tourists who are looking for apartments for a short therm. Due to the central location and the several bus, tram and underground lines nearby any point of the city is accessible easily and quickly. The spacious, well-equipped apartments provide comfortable accommodation during your stay in Budapest. The bulk of the flats are located in the same building so they are ideal also for multi-generation families, fellowships and smaller groups.

Accommodation: The air-conditioned studios and two- or three-room apartments are arranged with modern furniture and they have a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub with shower facility. The kitchens are equipped with electric oven with ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, plates and in bulk of them dishwasher too.

Other equipments in the apartments: TV, radio with alarm clock function, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, free cabel internet access (with own laptop). We can provide a babycot and a high chair free of charge upon previous request.

- InnerCity studios (4) in the VII. district Holló street: The four 32-36 sqm air-conditioned studios are equipped with a double bed and a fold out sofa bed for 2 persons so they can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen corner is well-equipped and it has also a dining table. In the bathroom you can find a bathtub with shower and washing machine. One of the studios has also a balcony.

- InnerCity two-room apartments (6) in the VII. district Holló street. (6 flats, living room + bedroom + small balcony): You can find a double bed in the bedroom, a coach for 1 person or a fold out sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room of the air-conditioned flats. The 45-58 sqm apartments can be also supplied with extra beds so they can host up to 6 people. There is also a dining table in the well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with buthtub with shower and washing machine.

- InnerCity Grand I. three-room apartment in the VII. district Holló street: (living room + 2 bedrooms + big balcony): There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms, 3 separate beds in the other bedroom and a fold out sofa bed for 2 persons in the spacious living room of the air-conditioned apartment of 70 sqm. The apartment offer comfortable accommodations for 7 people. There is a dining table in the well-equipped American kitchen corner. The three-room apartment has 2 toilets and its bathroom is equipped with buthtub with shower and washing machine.

- InnerCity Grand II. three-room apartment in the VII. district Holló street: (living room + 2 bedrooms + 2 balconies): You can find a double bed in one of the bedroom and two separate beds in the other one. There is a sofa for 1 person in the living room built together with an American kitchen. The total capacity of the apartments is 5 people. There is a dining table in the well-equipped American kitchen corner. The three-room apartment has a bathroom with buthtub with shower and washing machine.

Other services: Bed-linen, towel, soap, kitchen towel, toilet paper are provided in the flats and they are included in the prices.

During your travel you don’t have to leave your pet (small dog, cat, etc.) at home. They are welcome in the guest’s apartments without pet supplement. Please indicate when you arrive with your pet.

Payment: Unfortunately we can’t accept credit cards. The payment is possible only in cash upon arrival.

Parking: On previous request we can reserve parking places for your cars in the underground garage of the building for extra charge.

Every apartment is self catering, so meals aren’t included in the prices. During your stay the additional overhead expenses (current, gas, water, etc.), all taxes, the weekly and the final cleaning after your departure are included in the given prices.

Children reductions:

- Under 6 years in the parents' apartment the accomodation is free of charge. Babycot upon request.
- 6-12 years the accomodation costs 5 €uro/person/night.
- Children over the age of 12 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 5 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of later cancellation or no show 2 nights costs per apartment has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (Easter, Whitsun, Formula 1 GP, New Year’s, etc.).
