Hotel Manzard Pension with a family atmosphere is located in one of the garden city are of Budapest, between the Népliget and the Orczy Garden, a 4-5 km away from the center. The downtown is accessible in 5-10 minutes by car and in 10-15 minutes by public transport (M3 metro). This distance is very short but at the same time it isolates the pension from the noises of the center and the traffic.

Accommodation: In the pension there are 16 standard and 3 superior rooms, 1 family loft apartment (with own kitchenette), and 1 two-room (livingroom+bedroom) suite. They are equipped with bathroom with shower (corner bathtub in one superior double), toilett, hairdryer, 80 cm LCD TV (2 in the suite), phone, minibar, safe, free WiFi internet connection. In summer air-conditioner operates in 9 standard rooms in the attic, in the 3 superior rooms and in the suite. The suite has an own terrace facing to the inner garden. Smoking guests can choose the assigned standard rooms.

ATTENTION! Unfortunately the pension doesn't let pets (dog, cat etc.) in.
Other Services: To the building belongs a large grassy garden so we can guarantee that you will wake up to birds’singing after an undisturbed rest. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool with heated water (April-October).

Parking: Our guests arriving by car can park for free on the closed courtyard of the pension.

The given price includes the use of the WiFi internet, ourdoor pool (May-October), closed parking place (1 car/room). On demand the buffet breakfast costs 4 €uro/person/occassion. The local tourist tax is plus 4% of the room price and should be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under 5 years in the parents' room without extra bed the accomodation is free of charge. Babycot upon request.
- Children over the age of 5 and on extra bed pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking penalty free cancellation is 2 days prior to arrival until 2 p.m, local time. In case of later cancellation or no show 1 night costs per room has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (Easter, Whitsun, Formula 1 GP, New Year’s, etc.).
