Palatinus Pension is situated in the center of the historic downtown, only 200 meters away from the Fire Tower, surrounded by numerous other historic buildings. The conference center of the city, named after Liszt Ferenc is situated only 100 meters away, so our pension can be an ideal accomodation of the visitors of the events organized there. The ski courts of the nearby Austrian Alps also increase the attraction of the hotel.

Accomodation: The pension has 4 superior single and 20 superior double rooms, and 5 apartrooms. It can accomodate together 60 persons. Its renovated rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, TV and WiFi internet connection. There is a corner bathtub in one of the apartments. On request we can also provide non-smoking rooms.

During your travel you don’t have to leave your pet (small dog, cat, etc.) at home. They are welcome in the guest’s room without pet supplement. Please indicate when you arrive with your pet.

During the day you can relax or drink alcholic or non-alcoholic drinks, refreshments and coffee specialities in our drinkbar.

We can organize our guests’ transfer from the Schwechat airport to Sopron. Please indicate it in advance and we will send you our offer.

Parking: Our guests arriving by car can use the closed and camera guarded parking place (in limited numbers) in the courtyard of the pension. Please make enquiries about the free parking places in advance, because parking is forbidden on the streets of the historical downtown around our pension.

The given prices in the table include the buffet breakfast. The local tourist tax is 450,- HUF/person/night and has to be paid by guets from the age of 18.

Children reductions:

- Under 6 years in the parents' room the accomodation on extra bed and the breakfast are free of charge. Babycot upon request.
- 6-12 years we give 50% discount from the price.
- Children over the age of 12 pay the full price.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellation must be in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
- In case of individual booking you can cancel it free of charge 3 days prior to arrival, until 2 pm local time. 1-3 days prior to arrival the 50% price of the reserved accommodation has to be paid. In case of cancellation only 1 day before arrival (after 2 pm) or in case of no show the 100% of the ordered services (the total amount) has to be paid.
- Special cancellation policy is used in case of booking of 3 or more rooms, booking for more than 7 nights, and for special periods, long feast periods/weekends (15. March, Easter, 1. May, Whitsun, 20. Aug, 23. Oct, All saint's day, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
