Premium Apartment House - Budapest

The Premium Apartment House is situated in the vicinity of the downtown of Budapest, in the XIII. district, in Angyalföld. The center is accessible within 10-15 minutes by public transport.

Accomodation: In the apartment house 133 partly air-conditioned (5. and 6. floors), fully-equipped studios and two or three-room apartments to let arranged in style, await the guests who stay here only a few days or a long time, weeks, months or years. We can put mobile air conditioner in the apartments which has not built-in air-conditioning. The elegant architectural solutions, soundproof rooms and comfortable beds provide the convenience in the flats.

ATTENTION! Animals (dog, cat, etc.) can’t be brought into the accomodation!
Studio (Mini, Standard, Maxi): 98 apartments of 31-47 sqm for 1-3 persons with American kitchen. You can find a double bed in sleeping corner separated by a blade wall and a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower.

Premium apartment: 27 flats of 42-48 sqm with two rooms (living room + bedroom) and American kitchen so they can accommodate comfortably 1-3 persons. There is a 1-person sofa in the living room and you can find two separate beds or a double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has bathtub.

Family apartment: 8 apartments of 65-75 sqm with living room + two bedrooms, American kitchen and a terrace of 20 sqm. 5 of the 8 family apartments have 2-2 separate bedrooms, the other 3 have 1-1 bedroom + 1-1 sleeping corner separated by a blade wall from the living are. There is a fold out sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room, two single beds in one of the bedroom and 1 double bed in the other bedrrom. So they can be good accommodation up to 6 persons.

On previous request we can also provide non-smoking and specially designed rooms according to the demands of disabled people.

The studios and apartments are equipped with spacious wardrobe, desk, sofa, smoking table, TV, telephone, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towel and linen bin. In the kitchens you can find ceramic cooking hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, vent hood, toaster, coffee and tea maker, tableware, glasses, dishes and other kitchen accessories. Upon request a washing machine can be also put in the bathrooms for extra charge in case of long stay. To the majority of the apartments belongs also an own balcony. The given prices include the weekly cleaning and also the weekly change of the towel and bed linen.

Dining: You can have breakfast in the Premium Café and Restaurant located in the groundfllor hall. During the day you can eat a'la carte dishes and you can drink coffee specialities and other refresments. For groups upon request we can provide half and full board.

Event facilities: 3 section rooms for 18 persons and another for 36 persons situated on the upper floors and a conference room (up to 220 persons, air-conditioned, can be divided by mobile walls) await the meetings, trainings, presentations, exhibitions and other family and company gatherings.

Parking: Our guests arriving by car can use the camera guarded underground garage of the building which costs 1.000,- HUF/car/day.
